I am a professional practitioner trained as yoga instructor, in various spiritual healing, bodywork techniques and sound vibration as medicine.
With heartfelt, spirit-centered intentions and powerful modalities, I guide individuals to their creative and fertile centers. It is my honor to share my work, channeling the gifts bestowed upon me through my hands and heart.
My services are the culmination of a lifelong journey of study and a deep connection to the sacred threads that interlace all forms of life.
rFor over a decade, I've had the honor of helping people access their own healing.
My practice is built on the foundation of trust in the body.
My multi-dimensional approach helps you transcend inner blocks, transmute pain, and transform into your highest potential. Through breath, posture, mindset and lifestyle coaching, I support you in rewiring your system and environment for longterm strength, confidence and pleasure.
I delight in helping you discover your unique reason for being alive, and fully embracing your gifts to share with the world. I am an expert in shifting tragedy into once-in-a-lifetime healing opportunities.
I bridge body, mind and spirit; science and spirituality; & eastern and western approaches to healing, in order to bring you a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive and sustainable path to living the life you truly desire.
Dr. Val Brown
Hi, I’m Margaret!
Having experienced health complications that were rooted in my stress response, I know how important it is to cultivate practices and support systems that help regulate the nervous system. I have also experienced going from someone who ran a marathon and taught hot yoga to not being able to get out of bed for months on end. I know in my bones how impactful the health of our bodies is on every other aspect of life.
I am here because I have experienced a variety of relationships to my own body, and I know that this one precious life is meant to be experienced in an embodied state. A state in which grief and beauty have somewhere to land, love is FELT, food is savored, eyes connect souls, and oneness is not an abstraction.
I feel fortunate and honored to be in the role of creating space for you to step outside of your daily grind to rest and receive.
An immigrant at heart, I appreciate the deep Oneness that connects all places and all souls! I could say that Kundalini Yoga changed my life, but it is more accurate to say that this powerful practice SAVED my life. Having experienced the transformation, I chose to become a Kundalini yoga teacher and share it with others. My guiding principles:
RELAX, HEAL, ELEVATE.
I also combine the power of sound healing with the ancient practice of meditation to create immersive and rejuvenating experiences on Espiritu del Fuego – my SUN GONG. My soundscapes focus on awakening inner energy, promoting mental clarity, and fostering spiritual growth.
When I am not on the yoga mat, I spend quite a bit of time on the computer — designing websites, writing, and translating. Many jobs, one integrated life. BRIDGING people.
The rest of the time, you’ll likely find me in the woods. Isn’t that WHERE WE ALL BELONG? As an ANFT-certified Forest Therapy Guide and the owner of Pacific Pine Wellness, I bring the benefits and beauty of Forest Bathing to everyone seeking to reconnect with Nature — and with themselves. Forest Bathing was a revelation to me. Like finding a giant piece of my puzzle. A practice that brought EVERYTHING TOGETHER for me: people, nature, crafting with words, deep presence, and sensory experience. Again, bridging and connecting. Like COMING HOME.
